This is a panic post to let you all know my Instagram account @rolly.mag has been disabled and deleted by Instagram. I am no longer able to log in to my account nor will the account show if you search for it!
I am extremely distressed and am currently jumping through hoops trying to reaccess the account. Instagram does not make this an easy process.
I was given this notification that I had breached guidelines. I have no idea what this could mean as I have never acted in a way harmful or spammy to the community.
If you have noticed suspicious action on my account today, that may make you believe I have been hacked, please let me know immediately by contacting hellorollymag@gmail.com
Similarly, if you have been through this before, please share your experience… how long does it take to resolve?
I am soooooo upset particularly because this comes on the eve of my one year anniversary of ROLLY Mag.

Thanks Kels xxx I’m so upset, and I feel helpless because IG support is impossible. I’m sort of in denial about creating a new account because I just want my old one back! If it doesn’t resolve in a few days I’ll definitely do that. Xx thank you xxx

Oh that’s awful! I hope you can get it sorted out soon. I haven’t noticed any strange activity from you so can’t see any reason why you would have been suspended.

Oh my goodness I was freaking out last night because your account just came up as ‘Instagrammer’ and I didn’t know how to contact you! I really hope this gets resolved! We need you back!!

Are you ok? Any news from IG? This is terrible! I’m creating a back up account ASAP. I’ve seen this happened to many times and I’m scared. Some girls have retrieved their accounts so there’s hope. Keep emailing them and don’t give up.

Thanks Jackie xxx it is so hard to contact IG – they don’t actually have a support email. So I’ve reported the problem but have no idea how long the process could take. I am so upset. I’ll keep you updated. Big love. Laura xxx

What the heck!! This is terrible! I haven’t noticed anything weird going on with your account. Has Instagram support contacted you back? I’ve heard they’re notoriously bad, but I hope they resolve this for you ASAP.

Ahhh I still can’t quite believe this is happening!! What a nightmare. Finger’s crossed this is resolved by Instagram veryyy soon xx
